Donna Reid is the co-founder of DRA Consulting Services LLC providing mediation, consulting and coaching services.
Donna graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Regis College, Denver, Colorado and a master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado. Training from Cornell University in Leadership, she is a Certified Practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the EQ-i2.0 and EQ360. Donna is also a Certified Court Mediator. She began her counseling and consulting career in 1985 and later founded DRA Consulting Services in 1994. She has developed as well as implemented courses and programs for state and non-profit agencies that target issues related to high conflict resolution, communication skills building, divorce and family custody matters, workplace/domestic violence, and served as an expert witness in family court.
In 2013, DRA Institute for Positive Integrative Change & Development was developed to provide training and development on diversity management, leadership development for women, emotional intelligence assessments and sustainability.
Donna is active in the community and is one of the Founding Members of AZ African American Network Association (AANA), 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization. In addition, she has served as Arizona Foster Care Review Board Member, former chairwoman-City of Scottsdale, Human Services Commission, Maricopa Association of Government, and (MAG) - Human Services Coordinating Committee, and Scottsdale Prevention Institute, (SPI) Past Board President of Directors.
